"Bad product, no customer service"
Imagine going to a restaurant and being served the worst meal you've ever had. When you say something, the manager says "we know our food is disgusting but that's what you ordered so pay up and leave."
that's what Pet Printed does.
paid for etched whiskey glasses. The images really popped in the preview and confirmation email.
images were almost invisible. If anything, they look like a smudge. You could do a better job than they do.
then they said "that's the best we can do. It's within the range we expect." And so they refused to refund the money because they expect to make a crappy product and I should have known I was buying a crappy product.

"Doesnt Look Like My Pet"
The magnet didnt resemble the uploaded photo. My cat has distinct blue eyes and the product came with green eyes .
They do not have any human manipulation or adjustments they told me so I interpreted that as no quality control
They would not re do it but offered me a discount on a new item. I declined. Will try another place.
Watch your proof for the subtle differences! The proof was so small I wouldnt have been able to notice but that is their way out.

"Cute print, but the likeness was hit or miss"
Ordering was super easy, and it arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The print quality itself is nice, and it does look cute hanging on the wall. That said, the actual resemblance to my pet was a bit hit or miss. You can tell it’s supposed to be him, but the face shape and eyes don’t really match the photo I sent. It’s not bad by any means, I just expected it to look a little more like him

"Easy return, no hassle"
Umm, I ended up having to return my order because I picked the wrong size, but the whole returns process was really straightforward. They replied quickly too, which made it so much easier. Got everything sorted without any stress and I’d happily order from them again

"Really pleased with the little details"
I ordered a print of my dog i was suprised by how well they captured all the small bits. His fur markings and his funny wonky ear were pretty much spot on. It actually felt like someone had properly looked at the photo instead of just rushing it through. Delivery was fine aswell, no issues there. Would defo use petprinted.co.uk again.

"Pretty easy to use"
Uploading my pet photo was quick and simple. I used the site on my phone and, as far as I can tell, everything worked just fine. I didn’t really get confused at any point, which was nice. Overall, it was an easy process and I’d probably use it again.

"Nice print, but dispatch was a little slower than expected"
I ordered a pet print as a gift and I was a bit nervous it would take forever to arrive. It did come quickly in the end, and I appreciated getting updates along the way. That said, the dispatch took an extra day longer than I expected, which was a bit annoying since I was watching the timing closely. Overall it still arrived in good time, but that delay is why I’d give it 4 stars rather than 5.

It looked just like my photo and the colours were spot on. If anything was off, I’d probably have to blame my own lighting, because the final result was pretty much exactly what I hoped for.

"Still looks great after tons of washes"
I got a printed pet blanket for my dog and figured it might fade quickly, but it’s been washed loads of times and still looks great. The stitching has held up really well too, even with him just dragging it all around the house.

I’m really happy with how my pet print turned out. It looked just like the photo I sent in, and the little details were actually right, like the expression, the fur markings, the face shape, and even those tiny things you don’t think anyone will notice. It felt like they captured my pet’s personality, not just a random version of the picture. I kept looking at it like, yep, that’s definitely my pet. Super happy with it.

I went in kind of guarded because I hate feeling like I got fooled by a bunch of hype. But this really got to me. I wasn’t expecting it to hit so hard, and before I knew it, I was crying. It felt genuine, not like something trying too hard to pull emotions out of me.

"Cute gift for dog lover"
I got this as gift for my sister because she loves anything with her dog on it. Print came out cute and she was happy with it, so it ended up being nice little personal present. Quality was fine, not bad but also not super amazing. Shipping took little longer than I thought it would. Overall, good for fun gift, just wouldn’t expect it to feel like premium item.
